Hey people,
Here once again some Convention updates.
This time Frankfurt (Germany) and Hamme (Belgium)
Working at the Frankurt Convention was pretty cool, A big show with some of the best artist in the world!
Had a chance to see some of the big kahuna's of tattooing, The work of Chuey quintanar,Steve Soto,
Andy Engel and so many more!
We made some new friends,and seen some old ones!
And for the rest ,beer ,beer ,beer! (such a tough life we got....)
The Hamme convention in Belgium was bigger and better then before.
My hat goes off the the man who put it all together (and his crew ofcourse!)
Sven de Rauw , allround lunatic,crazy as hell and a good friend!
I think this convention is going to come a long way, in this 3rd edition there were some big names.
Nikko Hurtado,paul Acker.Carlos Rojas, to name a few.
We had a good time in Hamme,although it was the first Convention without Mr Bjorn Peren,
My Good friend,partner in crime and co-owner of The Underline Tattoo Company!
But we made it count anyway, had some beers,fun,food, and a little traditional ink in my skin
by Vatea!
We also made a cool trip to Amsterdam,to the ATM (Amsterdam Tattoo Museum)
with our good friends Shade la Sombrita and Tommy ''Cyklone'' Garcia.
We met up with Dan Dringenberg ( The godfather of tattoo machine building) and talked about
real tattoo artists,world politics and ofcourse tattoo machines (and how to use em!)
After a couple of beers and Jenever in Amsterdam we headed home....
